ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation dated 16.12.2011 made by the petitioner.
2.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner is a directly recruited Sub-Inspector of Police of the year 1997-98 and he belongs to the MBC Category and secured 80.6250 marks in the selection of the above said recruitment. He was sent for training in the second batch on 22.5.2000. The grievance of the petitioner is that the candidates who secured less marks than the petitioner had been inducted in the first batch for training. In this regard, he had given representation on 16.12.2011 to the authorities and so far the said representation has not been considered. Hence the petitioner has come forward with the present Writ Petition.
3.In identical circumstances, this Court in W.P.No.1699 and 1700 of 2012 directed the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass suitable orders in accordance with law. Here in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
this case, the petitioner is also similarly placed person who seeks for similar prayer for consideration.
4.Hence, following the same, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 16.12.2011 seeking to place the petitioner in the first batch seniority list of 1999 batch(inter-se basis) of Sub Inspectors on par with them and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
