Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to shift the electricity Pole No.F1/15 situated in between the three feet Aranvilai Road in Kulasekaram based on the Petitioner's complaint, dated 15.11.2014.

ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the subject-matter electricity Pole has been shifted to elsewhere and that the Writ Petition has become infructuous and nothing remains to be adjudicated in the Writ Petition. The learned counsel has also made endorsement to the effect.

2.In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
