iii)you are directed to engage the assistance of a qualified Auditor of your choice for perusing and collecting above documents; iv)You are further informed that the remuneration is fixed as Rs.3000/-(three thousand only)for a day and similarly a Sum of Rs.2500/-(two thousand five hundred only) be and here by fixed as remuneration to the Auditor for a day, which shall be paid directly to you by the respondent herein/petitioner in IA No.249 of 2017;and v)you are directed to issue notice to both the parties prior to your inspection and after the inspection, to produce the report before the trial Court.
