... Respondents/Contemnors Prayer: This Contempt Petition is filed under Section 11 of Contempt of Court Act, to punish the respondents/ contemnor 1 and 2 for their wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P. (MD)No.4236 of 2021, dated 19.03.2021.

To issue the direction,directing the 1st Respondent to complete the investigation in Cr.No.2123 of 2020 and to file a final report in accordance with law within the period that may be stipulated by this court and pass such further or other orders. ORDER

This Contempt petition has been filed to initiate contempt proceedings against the contemnors for their wilful disobedience to the order of this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.4236 of 2021, dated 19.03.2021, and punish them, under the contempt of Court Act, for the non-filing of the final report.

2.On the side of the respondents, it is stated that the final report was already filed by the second respondent. Copy of the final report is also filed before this Court.
