Respondents Prayer: This Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to survey the land in old survey No.872/3B, New survey No.1752/11 with an extent of 0.01.60 sq.ft. Is situated at Surandai Selection Grade Town Panchayat, Ward No.11, now 4th ward, 2nd Street, Surandai, Veerakeralampudur Taluk, Tenkasi District at that time of police protection on the basis of the representation, dated 15.06.2021. ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation given by the petitioner on 15.06.2021, wherein, the petitioner has sought for survey of the subject property with the help of the Police.

2. Heard Mr.S.Selvakumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.M.Lingadurai, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3. In the considered view of this Court, this Writ Petition is premature. An application has been given before the respondents only on 11.06.2021 and a representation was sent on 15.06.2021 and within a span of hardly 20 days, the present Writ Petition has been filed before this Court. This Court is not a Post Office to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD).No.11158 of 2021 mechanically issue directions where the petitioners had not even give some time for authorities to act upon the application / representation. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed as prematured. No costs.
