This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to de-freeze the petitioner's bank accounts, vide Account Nos.6565632230 and 919020067471855 maintained by the respondents 1 and 2 respectively, based on the representation made by the petitioner on 28.06.2021.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent Bank, based on the oral instructions, submitted that relief sought for in the present Writ Petition has become infructuous, since the accounts have been defreezed.
