O R D E R

The petitioner seeks issuance of writ of mandamus to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to survey the petitioner's property and fix four boundaries. The petitioner also seeks assistance of the 2nd respondent police officials.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3. The petitioner has made an application seeking survey of his property based on registered sale deed and also issue separate patta to the petitioner. However, even in the affidavit in support of the writ petition, the petitioner has stated that based on his application, survey was attempted on 28.03.2025. But however, the same was prevented by the 4th respondent. 2/5

In the light of the above, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the 1st respondent with the assistance of the 3rd respondent to conduct survey and dispose of the petitioner's survey application, after hearing the petitioner and any other interested parties, including the 4th respondent, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. In the event of the 1st respondent requiring any police protection, an advanced notice shall be given to the 2nd respondent, who shall ensure that sufficient police force is available at site on the date of survey to ensure peaceful survey to be conducted.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
