[Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 & 3, based on the written instructions received from the Tahsildar, Madurai North, made a submission that the iron gate installed by the fourth respondent in the thar road in Survey No.89/1 has been removed and now, free access has been provided to the public and therefore, no further adjudication is required in respect of the grounds made in this writ petition.
