Respondents This Writ Petition has been filed praying for a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd respondent herein to execute the registered sale deed in respect of the Plot No.CS 10(P) measuring 40 cents situated at Industrial Estate, Kappalur, on the basis of the Petitioner's representation dated 15.04.2015 in the petitioner's favour within the time stipulated by this Honourable Court.

ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 15.04.2015.

2. Mr.N.S.Karthikeyan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the official respondents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. By consent, this Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though the petitioner had paid the entire sale consideration as required by the respondents, way back on 20.09.1994, still the respondents have not taken any steps to get the sale deed registered.

5. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has no objection in considering the representation of the petitioner.

6. In view of the above, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner in this Writ Petition, the second respondent respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner, dated 15.04.2015, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the interested parties, if any, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
