ORDER
The petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 08.04.2015.
2. Mr.Johnny Basha, learned Standing Counsel takes notice for the respondents.
3. By consent, this Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though the petitioner had approached the second respondent along with the necessary documents for effecting service connection for putting up fish firm, along with a letter issued by the Assistant Director of Fisheries Department, who is not a party in this Writ Petition, still the request for granting electricity connection is pending consideration before the respondents.
5. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents has no objection in considering the representation of the petitioner.
6. In view of the above, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner in this Writ Petition, the second respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on the representation https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
of the petitioner, dated 08.04.2015, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the interested parties, if any, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is at liberty to produce the relevant documents along with the letter issued by the Assistant Director of Fisheries Department to the respondents for effecting service connection, upon making necessary payments by him.
With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
