ORDER
This criminal original petition has been filed for a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate Magistrate - II, Dindigul to dispose of the case in CC.No.141 of 2013 within a time that may be fixed by this Court.
2.A case that is pending in CC No.141 of 2013 pertains to offence under Sections 498(A), 294(b) and 109 of IPC. The petitioner, who has filed this petition is A-3 in the said CC. Even though, the case is at the stage of trial, only one witness has been examined till now. Totally six witnesses have been shown in the list of witnesses.
3.The learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dindigul, is directed to dispose of CC.No.141 of 2013, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4.With the above direction, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
