This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to release the petitioner's husband namely Satheesh alias Sathasivaperumal (convict prisoner), son of Sivakamureddiyar, aged about 42 years, who is now confining at Palayamkottai Central Prison, by https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

considering her representation dated 06.05.2022 in accordance with law.

2.The representation given by the wife of the convict, seeking ordinary leave for conducting puberty ceremony of his daughter is pending before the authority.

3.The authority is hereby directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 06.05.2022, in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders.

4.With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
