ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent Police 1 to 4 not to harass the petitioner. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner married one Dharmar and the same was an intercaste marriage and based on the complaint given by the fifth respondent, who is a paternal uncle of the petitioner, the respondent Police are harassing the petitioner in the name of enquiry.

First Information Report in Crime No.22 of 2018 on a woman missing complaint and the Police were conducting the enquiry based on the said complaint. On enquiry, it was found that the petitioner had already married the fifth respondent and thereafter she had eloped with the above said Dharmar. The petitioner on her own volition had chosen to live with the above said Dharmar. If the fifth respondent is aggrieved with the same, he has to seek his remedy elsewhere in accordance with law.

4.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above directions.
