Respondent This Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for a Writ of Mandamus direct the respondent to allocate the shop in an extent of 21 x 32 feet at eastern side of the Panchayat Union Tamrid Tree and west Library, North of South Panchayat Union vacant land and south of weekly market access road running east west within the time stipulated by this Court. ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition for the allocation of a shop to him on the basis of the representation dated 18.04.2015.

2. Mr.Muthukaruppan, learned Govt.Advocate takes notice for the respondent.

3. By consent, this Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it would be suffice if the representation of the petitioner is disposed of, on merits and in accordance with law.

5. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent has no objection in considering the representation of the petitioner.

6. In view of the above, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner in this Writ Petition, the respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders, on the representation of the petitioner, dated 18.04.2015, on merits and in accordance with law, after https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

giving notice to the interested parties, if any, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
