When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the refusal check slip has already been issued. Copy of the same has been served on the counsel for the petitioner. It is open to the petitioner to challenge the same in the manner known to law. It is equally open to the petitioner to re-present the document after setting out the defects pointed out in the refusal check slip.
