PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to grant permission and protection to conduct the cultural event (Innisai Padal, Adal Padal and Gramiya Isai) on 03.06.2022 to 05.06.2022 from 08.00 p.m. to 11.00 p.m in connection with "Kavadi Palkuda Ursava Thiru Vizha" of Arulmigu Sri Akilandeswari Amman Alayam at Raramuthiraikottai Village, Papanasam Taluk, Thanjavur District on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 28.05.2022.
