Nothing further survives for adjudication in the Writ Petition, since I am informed that permission had been granted to the petitioner to conduct exhibition as originally sought for.

2.The only grievance is that the petitioner was able to so conduct the exhibition only for 21 days. It is stated that a representation has been given seeking extension of time. I am confident that the second respondent/District Collector, Thanjavur would examine the representation taking into consideration all factors. 2/4

3.The Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
