ORDER

The above petition has been filed seeking orders to vacate the interim order granted on 18.09.2025 in C.M.P(MD)No.15175 of 2025 in C.M.A(MD)No.1006 of 2025 and further dismiss the said appeal.

2.When the matter is taken up today, the learned counsel for the appellant filed a memo along with copy of the memo filed before the concerned Court, whereunder it has been stated that the amount was deposited on 24.10.2025. The learned counsel for the appellant would submit that the appellant deposited the amount in pursuance of the directions of this Court on 18.09.2025.

3. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

4. In view of the above, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
