ORDER

The respondents herein filed Pauper O.P No.140 of 2014 before the learned Principal District Judge, Tirunelveli. In the said P.O.P, the respondents filed I.A No.133 of 2015 for amending the Pauper O.P. The purpose of the amendment was to make a fuller disclosure. The court below took the view that the amendment is necessary so as to decide the issue of indigence raised in the Pauper O.P. In that view of the matter, the I.A was allowed by a common order dated 28.09.2015. The said order is questioned by the revision petitioner before this Court.

2.This Court is of the view that the order passed by the court below permitting the amendment does not call for any interference. Hence, this Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
