The petitioner herein has filed this writ petition seeking mandamus forbearing the respondents 1 to 3 granting permission to conduct Kumbabishegam of Arulmigu Sri Ayyan Karuppasamy temple situated at Kattadevanpatti, Koolnaickanpatti, Kallapatti Village, Usilapatti Taluk, Madurai District, on 03.06.2022, based on his representations dated 19.05.2022 and 26.05.2022.
2. When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the officials respondents, pursuant to the petitioner's representations, have conducted a meeting of the villagers in which, all the rival claimants participated and they have arrived at an amicable solution to conduct the festival peacefully and therefore, he seeks leave to withdraw this writ petition.
3. Recording the above submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
