ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.(MD) No.2885 of 2026, dated 24.02.2026.

2. Considering the reasons stated by the petitioner in the petition, this Court is inclined to modify the condition No.6(b) imposed in the order, dated 24.02.2026 to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Villupuram Town Police Station, Villupuram District on every Saturday at 10.30a.m., for a period of four weeks. The other conditions imposed in the said order shall remain intact. 3.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
