ORDER

********* The Revision Petitioners want this Court to strike of the plaint in O.S.No.133 of 2013 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Aranthangi, Pudukkottai District.

2.This Court is of the view that for having an effective alternative remedy, the revision petitioners can very well invoke the provisions of Order 7 Rule 11 of CPC r/w Section 151 Cr.P.C., for the very same relief before the Court below.

3. The petitioner's counsel submits that he would file such an application within a period of two week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If such an application is filed within a period of two weeks, the Court below shall dispose of the same within a period of four weeks thereafter. Till the proceedings are disposed of, the suit proceedings shall be kept in abeyance.

4.Giving this liberty to the revision petitioners, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed.
