ORDER
This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD) No.3857 of 2026 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.20278 of 2025 dated 19.02.2026.
2. Heard both sides.

Considering the nature of the offence, the fact that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition, and that the investigation in this case is almost complete, this Court is inclined to relax the condition. Accordingly, the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court on 19.02.2026 in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.3857 of 2026 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.20278 of 2025 is relaxed in toto.
