O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by N.SATHISH KUMAR, J.] The petitioner, who is a third party to the Writ Petition, has filed the present petition seeking leave of this Court to prefer a Writ Appeal against the order of the learned Single Judge dated 23.09.2025 made in W.P(MD)No.26245 of 2025.

2.It is the contention of the petitioner that he has already filed ten Writ Petitions in which the first respondent is also a party. It is further contended that, suppressing the said facts and without impleading the petitioner as a party, the first respondent has obtained orders in the Writ Petition behind his back.

3.Heard Mr.K.Navaneetharaja, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, and Mr.A.Kannan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents 2 and 3.

4.Considering the fact that the petitioner is a necessary party and has not been arrayed as a party in the Writ Petition, we are of the view that leave deserves to be granted.
