When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader produced a copy of the order dated 28.03.2024 passed by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Sivagangai. The petitioner's request for mutation of patta was rejected by the said order. If the petitioner feels aggrieved, he has to go before the jurisdictional District Revenue Officer. The question of the writ Court interfering at this stage does not arise at all. Granting such liberty to the petitioner, this writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
