This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondents to shift the petitioner's brother-in-law viz., Pathinettampadi who is undergoing treatment as an inpatient at Government Rajaji Hospital, Madurai to any other Velammal Medical College Hospital, Madurai for treatment.

2.It is brought to the notice of this Court that one Manivannan Pathy, son of the said Pathinettampadi has already filed a writ petition in WP(MD)No.16587 of 2018 seeking the said relief.
