ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble N.Anand Venkatesh J.) This petition has been filed to suspend the sentence imposed against the petitioner by the Judgment in S.C. No. 154 of 2019 dated 25.07.2022 on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Kanyakumari District, Nagercoil, pending disposal of the Criminal Appeal.

2.It is seen that the paper book has already been made ready. Hence, the Criminal Appeal itself can be listed for final hearing. 3.In view of the same, the Criminal Appeal shall be listed for final hearing on 07.07.2026.

4.Accordingly, this petition stands closed.
