[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH,J.] The petitioner, who is the husband of the detenue has come forward to file this Habeas Corpus Petition seeking production of his wife and daughters before this Court.

Corpus Petition is dismissed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to work out his remedy.
