O R D E R

This civil revision is filed seeking for a direction to the Additional District Munsif, Dindigul to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.426 of 2015 in a time frame.

2.Heard Mr.R.J.Karthick, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the averments of the grounds of the civil revision petition. Despite service of notice, the respondent has not chosen to appear either in person or through counsel to contest the case.

3.Mr.R.J.Karthick, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the respondent is a tenant under the petitioner and he has committed default in paying the monthly rent of Rs.5,000/- from 2014 and he is also illegally running a Recreation Club, for which a criminal case has been filed against him. It is further submitted that the petitioner is a senior citizen aged about 68 years and the suit is now ready for trial and that if the suit is not disposed of in a time frame, it would cause great prejudice to the petitioner.

4.In view of the above submissions, this civil revision is disposed of directing the learned Additional District Munsif, Dindigul to dispose of the O.S.No.426 of 2015 on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, preferably on or before 23.12.2016. No costs.
