ORDER

This petition has been filed to receive the petition mentioned document as additional evidence in O.S. No. 145 of 2001 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Musiri.

2. Mr. Meenakshi Sundaram, learned counsel appearing for the contesting respondents, fairly submitted that he has no objection for the receipt of the additional documents. In fact, he brought to the notice of this Court that the said documents are already available on record before the Trial Court.

3. In light of the fair concession made by the learned counsel appearing for respondents 1 to 9, this petition is allowed.
