O R D E R

The present Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the respondent in Mu.Mo.A2/2754/2020 dated 16.04.2021 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the respondent to issue legal heir certificate to the writ petitioner.

2. Today, this case is listed under the caption 'for dismissal'.

3. It is seen from the records that when the matter was taken up on 01.03.2024, this Court, considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the writ petitioner that they have already handed over the bundle to the writ petitioner and reported no instruction, directed the Registry to print the name of the writ petitioner in the cause list and posted the matter on 13.03.2024. When the matter was taken up on 13.03.2024, despite name printed in the cause list, the writ petitioner has not turned up and hence, this Court ordered to post the matter under the caption 'for dismissal' on 22.03.2024 and even today (22.03.2024), there is no representation for the writ petitioner. Hence, this Writ Petition is 2/4

dismissed for default. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
