O RDER This petition has been filed to punish the respondent herein for her willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.17370 of 2022, dated 29.09.2022.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that even before the order passed by this Court, the investigation was completed and the final report was also made ready on 30.12.2021 itself. But, that was not presented before the Court, within the time stipulated. So the trial Court has closed the First Information Report under Section 468 of Cr.P.C. as the case was barred by limitation. 3.In view of the above said submissions, nothing survives for further consideration in this case.
