2. By consent of both sides, the writ petition is taken up for disposal.

3. The petitioner made a representation on 23.12.2014 to the respondents for grant of license to the petitioner's Saw Mill. But the same has not been considered so far.

Taking note of the fact that the petitioner's representation is pending consideration with the respondents, the respondents are directed to pass appropriate orders on the same, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the parties, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
