The Civil Revision Petition has been filed to issue a direction for speedy disposal of the proceedings in O.S.No.452 of 2013 on the file of the Principal District Munsif, Kumbakonam. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner herein filed a suit in O.S.No.452 of 2013 to direct the defendant to vacate and hand over possession of the suit property to the plaintiff. The said suit is pending for nearly two years without any progress. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with the present Civil Revision Petition to dispose of the suit as early as possible.

4.Considering the limited scope of prayer sought for, this Court directs the learned Principal District Munsif, Kumbakonam to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.452 of 2013 on merits, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above said direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of.
