ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's Protest Petition 1/3

dated 22.04.2024 for restraining any registration in respect of scheduled property of the sale agreement dated 28.02.2024.

2.This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the official respondent to consider the petitioner's protest petition dated 22.04.2024 and pass orders in accordance to law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is allowed. There shall be no order as to costs.
