Family Court, Ariyalur and transfer the same to the file of the Family Court at Thanjavur.

2.Eventhough notice is served in the application, the respondents have not chosen to appear before this Court. 3.On a perusal of the affidavit filed in support of the application, the wife is pleading hardship as she is now residing at Vilar in Thanjavur Taluk and District along with her two children. 4.Considering the said hardship pleaded by the wife, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed as prayed for. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 12.07.2024 NCC : Yes / No sji 2/4
