The petitioner with an allegation that the respondent police is harassing the petitioner to admit the offences reported in the case in WLOR No.2 of 2023 pending on the file of the second respondent has approached this Court.

2.Since the petitioner is facing a criminal case in WLOR No. 2 of 2023 on the file of the second respondent, he has to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.

3.In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition.
