This Petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P. (MD) No.2689 of 2025, dated 13.02.2025.
2. Mr.M.Jothi Basu, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners were arrested in connection with another case. Hence, the petitioners 1/3
were unable to comply with the order passed by this Court dated 13.02.2025. Accordingly, he seeks time to comply with the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P. (MD) No.2689 of 2025, dated 13.02.2025.
3. Heard Mr.S.S.Manoj, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the reasons stated in the petition, this petition is ordered and time is extended till 05.05.2025 to comply the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.2689 of 2025, dated 13.02.2025.
