ORDER

This petition is filed to direct the respondents 1 to 4 herein to not to interfere in the civil disputes, on the enquiry, in pursuance to the complaint lodged by the 5th respondent.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on earlier occasion, namely, 07.07.2021, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that on the basis of the complaint, given by the fifth respondent, enquiry was undertaken in CSR.No.578 of 1/3

2021. In which, the petitioner appeared before the Enquiry Officer, on 17.03.2021 and undertook to produce the documents and later, he failed to do so. He further submitted that in respect of the property dispute, a suit in O.S.No.592 of 2019 is pending before the Sub Court, Sivagangai, and on that basis, out come of the enquiry was ordered to be intimated to this Court.

3. When the matter taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that enquiry was conducted and the same was closed, on 23.07.2021 observing that since the civil suit is pending between the parties, both the parties were advised that they have to work out their remedy before the concerned Court, in the pending matter.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
