ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition directing the respondent herein to dispose of O.A.No.8 of 1998, pending on his file, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. Mr.J.Gunaseelan Muthiah, learned Govt.Advocate takes notice for the respondent.

3. By consent, this Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it would be suffice if O.A.No.8 of 1998 is disposed of, within the time frame to be fixed by this Court.

5. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent has no serious objection in considering the prayer of the petitioner.

6. In light of the above, the respondent is directed to dispose of O.A.No.8 of 1998, if not disposed of, and pending before the respondent herein, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
