RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT PRAYER:- Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, praying this Honourable Court to direct the Principal Subordinate Judge, Karur to dispose the H.M.O.P.NO. 93 of 2013 by fixing a time frame by this Honourable Court. ORDER : This petition is coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. R.RAMASAMY, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.

VIJAYAKUMAR, Advocate for the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court in the above Civil Revision Petition by order dated 13.04.2006 directed the learned Subordinate Judge, Karur to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.93 of 2013 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order. In respect of the same, the learned Subordinate Judge, Karur, requested this Court to grant further two months time to dispose of the said H.M.O.P. by stating various reasons.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ the petitioner, this Court granted two months time from today to the

learned Subordinate Judge, Karur, to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.93 of 2013.
