O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the respondents 2 and 3 thereby not to harass the petitioner in the case of civil disputes as enquiry with the retribution motivation of the fourth respondent.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based on the complaint given by the fourth respondent, enquiry was undertaken by the third respondent in current paper No.12173 of 2021. During the course of enquiry, the fourth respondent gave a statement that no further action is required. Based on the above said undertaking, the case came to be closed on 13.08.2021 by the third respondent herein.

3. Since the compliant has been closed, nothing survives for further consideration in this matter. Hence, this Criminal Original https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8868 of 2021 Petition is disposed of and liberty granted to the petitioner to approach the Civil Court for getting proper remedy, if any problem arise in future.
