ORDER

The petitioner, not satisfied with the information provided to him under provisions of the Right to Information Act in compliance with the 1/3

order of the first respondent in second appeal in S.A.No.21424/E/2022, has filed the present writ petition.

2. Admittedly, the petitioner has given a representation to the first respondent on 23.12.2024 seeking action to be taken for improper compliance of the proceedings of the first respondent. It is a call which the first respondent has to take, on merits and in accordance with law. However, considering that the petitioner only seeks for a direction to dispose of the representation of the petitioner, the writ petition is allowed directing the first respondent to pass final orders, on the petitioner's representation dated 23.12.2024, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
