ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to provide necessary police protection to the petitioner's life and limb on the basis of his representation dated 25.04.2024.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that there is dispute pending between the petitioner and the respondents 3 to 5 and therefore the petitioner has filed a suit in O.S.No.657 of 2021 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Trichy. Whileso the respondents 3 to 5 trespassed into the petitioner's property and damaged the iron gate and also threatened the petitioner to withdraw the suit , therefore he has sent a representation dated 25.04.2024 but no action was taken, hence the present petition has been filed.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that no any representation was received from the petitioner. However if any fresh complaint lodged by the petitioner they will consider and take appropriate action in accordance with law.

4. Considering the prayer sought for in the petition this Court without even issuing notice to the private respondents is inclined to pass orders. The prayer of the petitioner is to consider the representation but the said representation was not received by the second respondent, therefore the petitioner has to approach the second respondent by way of fresh representation. On receipt of such representation, the second respondent shall consider the fresh representation of the petitioner and pass orders in accordance with law within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of fresh representation.

5. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
