This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.21690 of 2025 dated 10.12.2025.

3.Considering the nature of offence, the fact that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition and the completion of investigation in this case, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto.
