This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD) No.20546 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.21690 of 2025 dated 06.01.2026. 2.Heard both sides.

3.Considering the nature of offence, the fact that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the condition and the completion of investigation in this case, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in toto. 4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
