Heard both sides.
The petitioner was running a cracker shop. The land on which the shop was located was acquired under the provisions of the National Highways Act. In these circumstances, the question of renewing the petitioner's crackers license does not arise at all. The matter has become infructuous. 2.This writ petition is dismissed accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
