ORDER
The petitioner is a Sub Inspector of Police and he has filed this writ petition challenging the show cause notice. 2.The Hon'ble Supreme Court in Union of Inida Vs Kunisetty Stayanarayana, reported in 2006 SCC Vol.II, 28, has held that the charge memo or show cause notice shall not be interfered with by the orders of the Courts except lack of jurisdiction of the authority or if any mala fides are attributed.

3.In view of the settled position, this writ petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to offer his explanation to the respondents and the respondents shall consider the petitioner's explanation before passing final orders. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
