For Petitioner : Mr.I.Pinaygash For Respondents : Mr.B.Nambiselvan Additional Public Prosecutor O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to transfer the investigation to some other agency to conduct further enquiry on the complaint made by the petitioner dated 14.04.2023 on the file of the 4th respondent within time stipulated by this Court. 2.It appears that this some sort of wordy quarrel arose between the fourth respondent and the petitioner while the fourth respondent was on duty. Over which the present complaint has been sent by the petitioner as if the fourth respondent has taken photographs of the petitioner stating that they are going to foist false case against the petitioner. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that there was a simple wordy quarrel between the petitioner and the fourth respondent.

4.The CCTV footage available in that place to ascertain the fact, let the enquiry be completed within a period of fifteen days from the date 2/4

of receipt of a copy of this order. Depending upon the outcome of the enquiry the petitioner can workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings, if aggrieved.

5.With the above said directions, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
