ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the second and third respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 29.03.2021 and provide police protection to enter the petitioner's own house situated at Door No.7, Melapandian Akil Street, Nethaji Road, Madurai

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner represented that since there was dispute between the mother and daughter this application has been filed seeking police protection and now the matter has been settled between the parties and hence nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents also admitted that the matter has been settled between the parties.
